🌅 Shift into the New Astrological Year:
Celebrate the March Equinox as it marks the transition from the old into the new astrological year, with the sun moving from Pisces into Aries. This marks the opportune time to launch into the energies of 2024.
Artistic Expression:
Following the breath work session, we provide all art supplies for participants to express their experiences through drawing or writing. This complements the art therapy aspect of your experience. Valerie uses integrated approach to help you activate your insights through the artistic expression for every participant.
Tea Ceremony and Organic Food:
Transition into the tea ceremony and organic food segment, allows participants to ground themselves and share in a communal experience.
