Deep insight without containment can become overwhelm. Through container visualisation, box decoration or drawn vessels, inside-and-outside mapping and boundary-language practice, you will create a symbolic container for what is still forming — a boundary that protects without imprisoning.
You will create your Vessel of Becoming and learn a simple containment practice for holding insights until you are ready to act on them. Live online session with member portal replay. Simple home materials. No creative experience required.
