The Cycle of Life Map is a reflective framework that turns diffuse overwhelm into visible patterns. Using guided journaling, simple drawing, and collage prompts, you will map your current season across the key areas of life: energy, relationships, creativity, money, home, time, and body care.

Facilitated live by transpersonal art therapist Valeriya Ogorodnyk, this session is designed specifically for online delivery and requires only simple materials already at home.
