Belonging Puzzle is an online art therapy workshop in The Atlas Creative Circle Term Three — a live-streamed creative session you can join from anywhere in the world, facilitated through the Active Kreative™ Methodology.
The puzzle piece represents the tension between individuality and inclusion. Through guided belonging visualisation, relational mapping and symbolic puzzle-piece drawing or collage, you will explore where you feel genuinely recognised, where you make yourself smaller to remain included, and what belonging without self-abandonment could feel like.
You will create your Belonging Piece — a puzzle-piece artwork carrying the qualities you bring to any group without needing to perform. Live online session with member portal replay. Simple home art materials. No creative experience required.
