WHAT IS ON MY PLATE? — Mapping the Present Terrain

  • Cheltenham Community Centre 8 Chesterville Road Cheltenham, VIC, 3192 Australia (map)

What Is on My Plate? is the opening session of The Atlas Creative Circle Term Three — an in-person art therapy workshop in Cheltenham, Melbourne, facilitated through the Active Kreative™ Methodology.

Before choosing a new direction, a navigator must know where they are. In this two-hour sanctuary session you will map everything you are currently carrying — responsibilities, relationships, invisible emotional labour, expectations and sources of nourishment — through plate boundary-container drawing, emotional topography mapping, collage and values clarification. The plate becomes both image and boundary: an honest picture of your real capacity.

You will create your Present Terrain Map — the first page of your personal Atlas — and leave with a clear, judgement-free picture of what nourishes you, what depletes you and what may need to change. The session includes somatic grounding, symbolic art-making and witnessing without advice. No creative experience required. Maximum 10 participants.

Saturday 25 July 2026 · 10:30 am – 12:30 pm · Cheltenham Community Centre, 8 Chesterville Road, Cheltenham VIC 3192 · $65 casual drop-in or $420 full Term Three (8 sessions) · Facilitated by Valeriya Ogorodnyk.
