BUILD YOUR SYMBOL Totem Making — The Atlas Creative Circle Saturday 9 May 2026 · Online Livestream
Totem is more than an object. It is a symbol of identity, protection, memory, and belonging. It holds what cannot always be said directly. It gathers the signs, qualities, images, and textures that remind you who you are beneath performance, pressure, and expectation.
In this live online creative arts session, you will build your own personal totem using collage, found materials, drawing, and symbolic reflection. This is not about making something decorative. It is a transpersonal creative practice of self-recognition — a way of assembling the visual language of your inner world and naming what you stand for.
Through guided reflection and intuitive artmaking, you will explore questions such as:
What protects me?
What do I stand for?
What qualities am I reclaiming?
What symbols belong to my deeper identity?
What am I made of when I am not performing for others?
Facilitated live by Valeriya Ogorodnyk, transpersonal art therapist and founder of Active Kreative, this online workshop offers a supportive, non-judgmental space for symbolic self-expression, nervous system settling, and creative insight. It sits within The Atlas Creative Circle, a year-long creative and somatic journey for sensitive, intuitive, high-capacity humans moving through change.
This session is especially supportive for those who are in a life transition, feeling emotionally full, seeking identity clarity, or wanting a non-verbal creative pathway into self-understanding. You do not need artistic experience. You only need simple materials you already have at home and a willingness to arrive.
EARLY BIRD PRICE ENDS 4.04.2026 For those who want the ATLAS journey from anywhere — a gentle, steady rhythm of creative mapping and regulation. 16 online sessions across the year. Payment Options: $80 per term
