This online sacred geometry and mandala drawing session is held on the eve of the June Solstice (which arrives on 21 June 2026 at 6:25 pm AEST). It is a threshold ritual of review, gratitude, and directional reset — a held space to feel the line of your year before you step into the second half of it.
We work with sacred geometry drawing: structured circular forms including mandalas, spirals, and the Flower of Life, used as a contemplative practice. Rather than abstract spirituality, this session uses geometry as visual order — a way to feel centre, symmetry, proportion, and calm attention while reflecting on what this season has genuinely taught.
Research suggests that drawing and colouring circular symmetrical patterns can decrease anxiety and support emotional settling — making this an especially grounding practice for the Solstice threshold.
Facilitated live by transpersonal art therapist Valeriya Ogorodnyk. Requires only simple drawing materials at home.
