SOLSTICE MANDALA Sacred Geometry Drawing — The Atlas Creative Circle Saturday 20 June 2026 · Online Livestream
The year is turning. Before it gathers speed again — pause here.
The June Solstice arrives on 21 June at 6:25 pm Melbourne time, and this session is held on the evening before — a threshold moment to pause, reflect, and consciously reorient before the year gathers speed again.
Solstice Mandala is for the person who needs space to hear themselves again.
For the one who has been moving, responding, carrying, and adapting — and now wants to step back long enough to feel the shape of the year they are actually living.
This online creative arts session uses sacred geometry drawing as a practice of nervous-system settling, symbolic reflection, and inner re-centering. Through circular forms, repetition, rhythm, and colour, participants are guided into a quieter and more coherent internal state. Rather than abstract spirituality, this is a grounded creative process that helps the year become visible again: what has nourished you, what has asked something of you, what is complete, and what wants to continue.
Sacred geometry is not simply decorative or mystical. In transpersonal art therapy, it offers a structured visual language the brain and body can engage with before words. Repetition, symmetry, and proportion create a sense of containment and coherence. As the hand draws, the mind softens. As the image forms, meaning begins to emerge.
During this session, participants will be guided through a gentle arrival and regulation practice, a reflection on the teachings of the first half of 2026, and the creation of a Solstice mandala as a threshold symbol for the months ahead. The workshop also includes gratitude practice, journaling for recalibration, and a closing Solstice ritual to mark what is being appreciated, released, and carried forward
EARLY BIRD PRICE ENDS 4.04.2026 For those who want the ATLAS journey from anywhere — a gentle, steady rhythm of creative mapping and regulation. 16 online sessions across the year. Payment Options: $80 per term
What is sacred geometry in this workshop?
Sacred geometry is a structured creative practice using circular forms, symmetry, repetition, proportion, and symbolic pattern. In this workshop, sacred geometry is not used as abstract mysticism or decoration. It is used as a grounding and regulating art therapy tool that helps the brain and body settle before words. Repeated forms such as mandalas, spirals, and the Seed of Life offer visual coherence, support focused attention, and help participants access reflection, insight, and emotional integration in a non-verbal way.
This is why sacred geometry works so powerfully in transpersonal art therapy and creative self-development. It provides a safe symbolic container where people can process experience through shape, rhythm, and colour before needing to explain what they feel.
What happens in the Solstice Mandala session?
In this online workshop, participants will be guided through:
guided arrival and nervous system regulation
Solstice reflection on the first half of 2026
sacred geometry drawing and mandala creation
gratitude inventory and creative review
journaling for recalibration and emotional clarity
a closing Solstice ritual for intention-setting and directional reset
The creative focus of the session is the making of a Solstice mandala — a symbolic circular artwork that acts as a visual talisman for the second half of the year. The process may include the Seed of Life, one of the foundational symbols in sacred geometry, representing origin, emergence, coherence, and the unfolding of life from a central point.
Who is this workshop for?
This online sacred geometry workshop is suitable for adults seeking:

Why this workshop matters now
As the year moves quickly, many people continue without pausing long enough to understand what they are living, what they are carrying, and what is asking to change. Solstice Mandala offers a creative and reflective pause point. It is a space to review, appreciate, release, and consciously choose how to move into the next chapter of the year.
